Annual T.A.C.T. Franchise Meeting

Being part of a T.A.C.T. comes with numerous benefits.  One of the most significant advantages is the opportunity for shard knowledge, learning from each other’s successes and challenges, and improving outreach endeavors in our local areas.  This collective wisdom helps us grow more efficiently and effectively so that we can collectively go back to our individual communities and help them even more in their greatest time of need.

The sense of motivation and community within a franchise network is invaluable!  Being surround by like-minded entrepreneurs fosters accountability, encouragement, and motivation.  The journey of business ownership becomes more rewarding when franchisees can celebrate successes, tackle challenges and push each other toward greater achievements.

During our recent annual franchise meeting held in January, David & Leanne Lesaffre were humbled to be presented with a Vanguard       Award, Golden Goose Award and Franchise of the Year!  We look forward to another great year in 2025 working with like-minded T.A.C.T. franchise but, more importantly, assisting our community.

BREAKING NEWS: Here we go again!

We’ve told the story a few times here in The Chronicles, so many already know that David had a very successful business career within the automotive industry and Leanne within the insurance trace previously and we weren’t looking to make changes in our careers.  It was only when the family need presented itself to us that we became aware of the needs of our community at large for biohazard remediation services that are honest, reputable and compassionate.  We did a lot of personal exploration on whether to open our own stand-alone business or go with a franchise, including researching what those franchises stood for, their goals, and commitment to helping not only us as a business but those in need.  As you’re aware, we elected to partner with T.A.C.T.

In January 2023 we officially opened our doors with T.A.C.T. 48.  Then again in 2025, we opened a second location within Arizona with T.A.C.T. AZ.  Can you guess what we’ve done again this January?  That’s right, we opened another franchise – this time in Fort Worth, TX!!!

Arizona is and always will be our home but what being owners of our two franchises here has taught us is that there need for our services extends to all communities.  We are excited to expand as T.A.C.T. Ft Worth with the assistance of our lead team members, Karen Nettles & Joel Calderon.  We would love your help and support by asking you to follow T.A.C.T. Ft Worth on both Facebook and LinkedIn.
