Shout Out: Matt Lovasz Continues to Save Lives

Matt Lovasz, a veteran police officer from the St. Louis, Missouri area, is the founding member of the T.A.C.T.® franchise. He has made it his mission to lead with both skill and sensitivity when helping clients through some of life’s most difficult situations. Extending T.A.C.T.’s care and professionalism across the country has become one of Matt’s greatest passions.

That same care and commitment are simply part of who Matt is — something he can’t turn off. Recently, while walking his dog with his wife on a quiet morning, he noticed a home on fire. Without hesitation, Matt jumped into action, simultaneously calling 911 and helping neighbors safely escape their home. His police training took over completely, even coordinating with First Responders once they arrived on the scene.

At our recent annual meeting, Matt was rightfully recognized with the G.O.A.T. Award for Bravery and Strength of Character — a true reflection of his courage, leadership, and unwavering dedication to others.

SCHOA Senior Lifestyle Expo 2025

We’re proud to share that we are an approved vendor with the Sun City Home Owners Association (SCHOA) — an organization dedicated to maintaining the unique quality of life that makes Sun City, AZ, such a special place to live.  Founded in 1960 as one of the nation’s first active adult communities, Sun City quickly became known for its vibrant spirit, strong sense of community, and commitment to neighborly care. Today, that legacy continues through the efforts of SCHOA, which supports residents and preserves the community’s high standards.

We were honored to participate in the SCHOA Lifestyle Expo this past month and want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth. It was a pleasure meeting so many residents, learning more about your needs, and sharing how we can help serve this exceptional community.
